Anita Davies

Anita Davies is the Managing Director of In 2 People Ltd – a successful Human Resources consultancy. She has over 22 years experience operating at senior levels of HR within the public and private sectors. Her expertise lies in the provision of first class internal and external consulting support at strategic and senior operational levels. Another area of specialism is her much acclaimed career and personal effectiveness services.  A former Departmental Head of HR at Nottingham City Council and a Regional HR professional at CAFCASS, Anita has a passion for ‘helping people be the best that they can be’ – both for the benefit of the individuals and organisations. She is an experienced recruiter and trainer and recognised as a key independent partner for many of her clients.

Anita acts as ‘critical friend’ and coach for a small portfolio of managers and regularly undertakes public speaking and media engagements on issues relating to career development, recruitment, enterprise and local employment. She regularly advises organisations on issues relating to diversity / equality and is well regarded for her ability to investigate or act as a mediator for staff / managers involved in complex employee relations cases.

Anita is a qualified psychometric testing assessor and has a degree in Social Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a former Governor of New College Nottingham and a Board Member of Spurgeons a national children’s charity.

In her spare time Anita enjoys property developing, and has a portfolio of ‘buy to let’ properties in Nottingham, she is also the Director of an independent natural skin care business called In2nature.
